Choco Treasure has no affiliation with Kinder Surprise or Ferrero, owners of the Kinder Surprise trademark. We think Kinder Surprise is great – it was the inspiration for Choco Treasure. Can you make plastic toys that snap together like Kinder Surprise® and Ovetto Sweet®?

The USA Consumer Product Safety Commission has regulations ensuring the safety of small children. The toys you may have seen in similar products overseas are only safe for children 3+ whereas our toys are also SAFE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3. One of many the tests for toys to be safe for all ages is that they are sufficiently big to not be a choking hazard. We cannot make snap-together plastic toys similar to those you may have seen overseas as those tiny toys represent choking hazards and cannot legally be sold together with candy in the USA. If you want to learn more, you can visit our pages on Safety or How Choco Treasure is different.

*Note: Kinder Surprise is a trademark of the Ferrero company and not affiliated with Candy Treasure or Choco Treasure. Ovetto Sweet is a trademark of Sweet spa and is not affiliated with Candy Treasure or Choco Treasure.
